Forces to Workforce is a three-week funded training package for veterans, service leavers, military families and people ready for their next step.
The programme combines remote online learning with classroom and practical training days, giving learners access to recognised qualifications and practical industry skills. Places will be limited and subject to eligibility once the next cohort dates are confirmed.
3 Weeks
Fifteen structured training days across safety, training delivery, reliability, mental health awareness and net zero.
Days 1-9 Online
The first nine days are delivered remotely, helping learners take part before the practical classroom phase.
Fully Funded
No cost to eligible learners, subject to available funded places and final programme confirmation.

The programme is split into three focused weekly training packages, starting with remote online learning before moving into classroom and practical delivery.
