Reflective Accounts:

For each unit you write reflective accounts for learning outcomes, using your own experiences and activities as evidence for each of the criteria, uploading a piece of workplace evidence onto our portal to support the written reflection piece.

Witness Testimony:

We ask for a workplace witness to write a short witness statement for each of the ten units, on how you meet the criteria. This is used to further support the evidence file for your Diploma certification with Proqual.

Assessments are carried out remotely by an assessor who will give feedback via email on completion of each module - you cannot fail! Simply re-upload the files once the amendments are made and resubmit for assessment.
