How you are assessed:
Reflective Accounts:
For each unit you write reflective accounts for learning outcomes, using your own experiences and activities as evidence for each of the criteria, uploading a piece of workplace evidence onto our portal to support the written reflection piece.
Witness Testimony:
We may ask for a workplace witness to write a short witness statement for each of the 5 units, on how you fulfil / meet the criteria. This is used to further support the evidence file for your Diploma certification with Proqual.
Professional Discussion:
This is a remote meeting, which will be recorded and uploaded onto your portal as evidence to support your portfolio of evidence. A series of questions and discussions on elements relating to the unit will be asked. Answers must meet and fulfil the requirements of the criteria discussed.
Assessments are carried out remotely by an assessor who will give unit post completion feedback, via email and in person on the MSTeams close out meeting. Remember - you cannot fail!
Simply re-upload the files and work once the amendments are made and resubmit for assessment.
You have 18 months to complete the qualification and access to your assessor and online portal.
